BA, MA in Education. Karra Papa has 14 years of experience teaching youth. She has also worked for 14 years with NAFFA and various Native tribes across the country. She is a trained NAFFA facilitator and is well-versed in NAFFA programs. Her experience in the classroom, as well as collaborating directly with tribes, is extremely valuable in implementing our youth program.
