T-Shirt Contest

Native American Fatherhood & Families Association, in partnership with Transforming Tomorrow’s Youth are proud to sponsor The Mental Wellness T-Shirt Design Contest. This design contest aims to bring awareness to mental wellness, especially among Native youth.

T-shirts will be judged on the following criteria: creativity, concept/originality, and overall appeal.

3 winners will win a cash scholarship for their winning designs.

1st Place is awarded a $500 cash scholarship

2nd Place is awarded a $300 cash scholarship
-
3rd place is awarded a $200 cash scholarship.

Rules
-
T-shirt designs must be created in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or CorelDRAW.
-
T-shirt designs should be submitted in a JPEG, PNG, or PDF format and be in a high-resolution format.

Design must be able to be screen printed. A maximum of five ink colors.

All entries must be original creations that have never been published and do not contain any profanity, trademarks, logos, restricted or copyrighted works of any other person or business.

Only one entry may be submitted by each participant.

Participants must include one of these quotes in their design:

If A Winner
-
The winners’ names, schools, grades, and designs will be shared through public media.

The winning design will remain the property of Native American Fatherhood and Families Association (NAFFA) and Transforming Tomorrow’s Youth (TTY) and will not be returned to you, nor will you receive any compensation for said design other than the aforementioned prize scholarship, if your design is selected.

NAFFA and TTY may use the winning design at any time after the contest.

The winning contestants may display their design in a portfolio or personal collection but may not sell or reproduce the design for any other purpose once submitted to the contest.

By submitting an entry and including your name, address and contact information, you are acknowledging your acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules including that the winning design is the property of Native American Fatherhood and Families Association (NAFFA) and Transforming Tomorrow’s Youth (TTY).
Disqualification or the Selection Of Another Winner

Winner’s failure to respond to notification within seven (7) business days after its transmission

The return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts
-
Winner’s failure to provide original design files; failure to submit a completely original design; or failure to execute and return a release form
